Jake Chervinsky is the founder and CEO of Hyperliquid Policy Center (HPC), where he leads the case for clear, workable regulatory frameworks for onchain markets. One of the most recognized voices in crypto policy, he has helped shape the national conversation on digital asset regulation and earned the trust of policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders alike. Before founding HPC, Jake was Chief Legal Officer at Variant, where he led the firm's legal, regulatory, and policy strategy, and previously served as Chief Policy Officer at the Blockchain Association.
