Attendance is by application. Qualified LPs and allocators attend on complimentary passes, high-volume traders attend at a reduced rate, and general passes are available by application. The room is capped at 300 and every attendee is reviewed before approval.

Qualified institutional allocators can attend on complimentary passes. Service providers, protocols, and trading firms attend through ticketed and partnership packages. All passes are subject to application and approval.

The Forum draws a confirmed Singapore room of more than 120 institutional participants from 95 firms across 16 countries, among them 60 capital allocators and allocators managing over one billion dollars in assets. Confirmed participants include the Hyperliquid team, TradeXYZ, Galaxy Digital, 21Shares, Grayscale, Maven11, Selini Capital, LongHash Ventures, and HyperLend.
